Canoes Around Town

*The Canoes Around Town eBay is about to begin. More details will be available soon.*
The San Joaquin River Parkway and Conservation Trust launches 20 Canoes Around Town, painted by local artists, to commemorate 20 years of preserving the San Joaquin River and protecting open land along the river for everyone.
Just as the colorful and imaginative Canoes Around Town draw attention to some of Fresno’s talented artists, they also serve to introduce you to the outdoor recreation programs that the River Parkway Trust offers Guided Canoe Trips, Nature Walks, and over 6 miles of jogging, walking, cycling and equestrian trails.
We all know the benefit of outdoor recreation for a healthy lifestyle. At the River Parkway Trust, we believe that playing outdoors can be both fun and enriching. Our efforts to create and protect the 22-mile San Joaquin River Parkway and to preserve the river contribute to clear air and clean water and make our precious natural resources available to everyone.
For more information about our Guided Canoe Trips and the many programs we offer, please visit www.riverparkway.org or phone us at (559) 433-3190 ext. 3#.
