Join us at the River Center for this walk around the River Center, including Sycamore Lane and possibly a trip out to Owl Hollow. We will start with a short hike around our ‘Hidden Homes Trail’ (approximately 45 minutes) before exploring nearby Sycamore Lane looking and listening for various bird species along the way.. After that, we may head out on the 1.5 mile round-trip journey to Owl Hollow (time depending). Participants will have the opportunity to practice species identification and hone their bird-watching skills.
Guide Judy Johnson is a retired entomologist and avid birder who has been leading nature walks for the River Parkway Trust for several years.
