How Parties Reservations Work
Parties for the Parkway 2013 reservations begin at the Kickoff event on Thursday, March 7, 2013, at the Clovis Veterans Memorial District Building. The Kickoff is your first opportunity to make reservations for the 2013 season. New this year, the date and time of your Kickoff event purchase will determine your priority for 2013 Parties reservations. Buy Kickoff tickets online beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2013.
After the Kickoff event, Parties reservations will be available online or by mail or phone. Call our office at 559-248-8480 for reservations or additional information.
This year a $3.50 processing fee per order (not per party) will apply. Kickoff event orders are excluded.
A map and specific directions will be mailed to you approximately 10 days prior to your party.
In order to expedite the reservation process on the evening of the Kickoff, March 7, 2013, please fill out your reservation form in advance of placing your reservations with a Kickoff reservation volunteer. Extra reservation forms will be available at the Kickoff event.
Many parties have limited space available, make your reservations early! If the party you have selected is full, you may be placed on a waiting list.
