All written comments received during the comment period will be responded to in the final IS/EA. All commentors will receive a copy of the final IS/EA when it is released. E-mail comments will not be accepted. Written comments should be submitted by 5:00 P.M. on March 4 to:

Champlain Avenue, Fresno.
