Come join us at Sycamore Island for a fulfilling morning spent aiding the restoration of our natural lands. Sycamore Island is a 350-acre natural area conveniently located in Madera near Valley Children's Hospital along the San Joaquin River. The morning will entail the removal of the invasive plant, scarlet wisteria, which threatens to crowd out other vegetation along our river banks and wetlands.
