Ready to book your River Center Rental Event? Follow these steps to secure your date.

  • Please check our calendar to ensure your preferred date is available. All booked rentals are listed there.
  • A minimum deposit of half the rental fee is required in order to reserve your date. You can make a payment online, by phone or you can visit us in person with a check. Please note that your date will not be confirmed until payment of the deposit has been received. 
  • Once your event has been added to our calendar, our staff will work with you to finalize your Rental Contract and Rental Policies Agreement, including your total fees. If you would like to review these documents prior to making a deposit, please click the links above. Please note that security guards will be required if you serve alcohol at your event, and we will pass the actual cost of security on to you without any markup. We require 1 security guard per 100 people, with a 4 hour minimum timeframe.
