Perfectly suited for the creative bride or groom with a knack for detail and a desire to fully design, plan, and personalize your dream wedding. The River Center is ideal for couples searching for a cost-effective and budget-friendly venue offering the flexibility to bring in your own preferred vendors (live music, food, and beverage), thus maximizing affordability without compromising a beautiful setting. 

CEREMONIES

The Historic Riverview Ranch House is a picturesque backdrop for any ceremony. Surrounded by vineyards, palm trees, and a circular lawn featuring the center’s critter pond, this spot is ideal for saying “I Do”. Whether you choose to exchange vows under the hundred-year-old Camphor tree, beneath the vine covered Shade Arbor, or on the lush green Kremen Lawn, your guests will be welcomed by songs of resident birds in a beautiful natural setting, creating a welcoming environment for an unforgettable day.

The options are endless and can be fully personalized on your special day. You can choose to hold your ceremony and reception at either the newly constructed Barn or on the Grounds.

COCKTAIL HOUR & DINNER

Celebrate your union in the spacious Barn complete with magnificent wood beams, high vaulted ceilings, modern bathrooms, and steel sliding doors, opening to additional outdoor spaces. All of which will create an out-of-the-ordinary atmosphere and set the scene for a rustic, yet elegant and romantic country wedding.

RECEPTION

The barn’s multifunctional sidewalks and outdoor spaces can provide additional space for vendors, outdoor games, or tent set-ups. This flexible outdoor option is the perfect blank canvas to express your vision for your special day. With your choice of lighting vendor, you may design the sparkling setting you desire with string lights allowing your guests to mingle and dance the night away.

100 - 250 Guests Estimated Price

  • Refundable Damage and Cleaning Deposit (Not Including in above total): $500
  • Minimum Security Guard Fees: $240.00+
  • ($30/hour/guard, two guards per 100-250 guests, with a required minimum of four hours).
  • Access to the Ranch House, if applicable: $150+

A Barn and Grounds Rental Includes Access to These Areas:

  • Shared Catering Kitchen
    • kitchen includes large work areas/counter space, and a regular refrigerator (available upon request). There are no cooking facilities at the River Center.

  • Shared Public Use of Parking and Restrooms (During open hours)

* Access to fully-furnished luxurious and Historic Riverview Ranch House is available for an additional fee.

Capacity:

250 guests maximum including event personnel.

Time Frame:

8:00 am to 11:00 pm. All events must end by 10 pm, clean up/teardown must be completed by 11 pm. The rental time frame includes your set-up and take-down/clean-up time. All rental equipment must be removed on the night of the event. Prior day setup and/or following day takedown is not permitted. No exceptions to this time frame policies are allowed. 

Note: The rental time begins when the first service person arrives and ends when trash is disposed of, and the final person exits the site. Be sure to plan adequate time for your designated team to clean up at the end of the event. Events may not extend past 11 pm. Please be considerate by adhering to your scheduled access times.

Non-Contracted Hours: If renters are still onsite for any reason after 11 pm, an additional charge of double the normal hourly rate for Barn & Grounds will be due in full hourly increments, plus additional security fees, if applicable.

Rental Process

To ensure you are completely prepared, use our checklist and timeline to guide you throughout the rental process. This list only applies to Saturday and Sunday events, including weddings taking place in the barn and grounds. Renters are welcome to start crossing things off this three-step checklist as soon as they would like. However, all requirements must be met 30 days prior to the scheduled event.  Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, up to one year in advance of the rental date. All requirements including a preliminary meeting, signed agreements, and deposit payment are required to secure your reservation. No date holds without deposit and/or completed paperwork.   

 To ensure your date is open, discuss specifics, and complete paperwork, please refer to Venue Tour Tab, and schedule a 30-40 minutes meeting/ facilities tour. 

Renter will be provided with a payment link upon confirmation of date availability.

We encourage you to review the River Center Rental Agreement and Rental Event Policies including our Facilities Cleanup Checklist prior to coming in for your appointment so that you are familiar with basic information about the venue and have a chance to prepare questions. Both documents must be signed to book your event.

IMPORTANT: Due to the need to have all rental equipment delivered and removed the day of the event (no later than 10 pm and venue clean up/ tear down by 11 pm), we are now requiring renters to utilize one of the following tried and tested vendors for heavy rental equipment (tables, chairs, tents, and lighting).

It is easy to underestimate the time and effort it will take to clean up your event after guests have departed. Therefore, we strongly suggest the following:

  • Share our Rental Agreement policies with your vendors and designated team in a timely manner to plan accordingly
  • Identify at least 5 people to help with cleanup and transporting all trash to the parking lot dumpsters at the conclusion of your festivities
  • Carefully review the Facilities Clean-up Checklist with your team to avoid forfeiting your Damage and Cleaning deposit, or incurring additional fees
